as it extends its services to all sectors: workers, peasants,
professional groups, women, youth, senior citizens, differently-abled,
migrants, refugees, overseas workers, unemployed, underemployed,
organized and unorganized
- empowers
as it pursues education that harnesses the capabilities of various
groups to govern their own affairs
The
PSI has the following goals:

the abilities and capacities of workers and marginalized sectors
to promote their rights and well-being
- train workers
for socio-political awareness and participation so that they may
be able to articulate and advocate for social and economic reforms
consistent with the FFW vision
- consolidate
and strenthen workers' organizations and other sectors of society
as a means toward renewal and transformation of the FFW into a
