FFW Women's Network

• Organization and consolidation of women workers at local, regional and trade federation levels and of marginalized women in the sectors of the informal economy, export processing zones as well as of migrant women workers.
• Education and training to raise gender consciousness, build and enhance leadership and promote entrepreneurial and technical know-how and skills development among women and women workers.
• Formation of cooperatives and other women-initiated socio-economic ventures.
• Advocacy for immediate legislation of pending bills on equal employment opportunities and other pro-women bills.
• Lobbying for affirmative actions for women in FFW partcularly in training access for funding support for women-initiated and managed socio-economic activities and regular representation in other policy-making bodies.
